Apple is selling a limited supply of Final Cut Studio

Tech geeks, video editing professionals and everyone in between. Your cries have finally been answered....temporarily. Apple has decided to sell the old Final Cut Studio (part number MB642ZA) for $999 and only by calling 800-MY-APPLE. This is for a limited time, because Apple still wants people to switch over to Final Cut Pro X eventually.  Amazon has a bunch of different versions of FC (some for the same price it was when it first came out). Funny that no one at the Apple stores knew this. Instead all I got was a seemingly scripted response about FC Studio's discontinuation, and how to purchase the new (and terribly lame) FCP X.
